Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:18
.The Facts.
*That pic was taken in 2001 at the top of the page...that was my fav look of all time. I don't really look like that anymore though. I am always changin up looks.*

God is first...everything else is just runner-ups. .Music.

.Question of the Moment.
Why are we so dang blessed?
Reasoning: God's love for us is overflowing.
.Quote of the Moment.
"I can't comprehend why He loves me so, and I don't understand but I'm glad."
-Sandtown
Reasoning: Like Sandtown says (yeah im gettin my joy off of some lil kids, but its all good because someone close to me told me that I will always have a lil girl's heart): Every time I think about the way the Lord loves me it makes me wanna shout. I just gotta lift my voice and make some noise. Like for real, sometimes we don't truly realize how blessed we are and just how much love God shows us. He is the essence of love so even when bad things seem to happen we need to remember that it is happening so we can grow and learn to love more like the way He loves us.

Now, I know most people use and update their blogs on the regular, but im not most people and I've never been a consistent journaler. (is that a word?) As a matter of fact I can probably tell you that I will take about 3-4 breaks before I even finish this entry. That's sad right?

LoL....well, I am not sure when the last time I updated my blog was, but I think it was either during or right after spring break. Anyway, that was over a month ago and im sure you know that a LOT happens in a month. One being that im 2 weeks away from my college graduation from the University of Maine. Lord willing I will be getting that "degree" that people talk about so much when you're a child. It's not until actually....ummm I guess graduation that people probably stop talking about gettin that degree. Then after that I guess you become a "get ur degree" marketer just like everyone else was the first 22 years of your life. Sounds like some kind of pattern to me.

Within the last year I have met more people then I can count who have taken the college degree route and now are doing something completely different for the Lord. Isnt that tight how God works? I can guarantee that many of them who arent necessarily using their degrees would have been able to grow as much as they have spiritually had they not gone to college and strived to get that degree. So you see...college is about more than that I guess. It's about learning stuff and looking back and seeing your growth. Sadly, many people miss out on that in our society because they spend 4 years drinking, smokin, sexing, and doing every thing else thats only a temporary fix. Im not looking down on people who do that because it's all about where you're at u know and I was there once. BUT I can share with anyone that where I was compared to where God has brought me doesn't even compare. If I could I would love for everyone to experience the joy that I have in knowing Christ in an intimate personal relationship.
